Genuinely life changing product. I use it as deodorant and I have never smelt better in my life. I also use it as a clarifying scalp treatment weekly. I have yet to see if it actually helps with reducing discoloration but the word on the street is that it does so hopefully i'll start seeing those results on my face soon, but as a stinky girl this is worth it for how much it has helped with BO alone.

I received this Glycolic Acid Product gifted by theordinary. It helped lighten my hyperpigmentation and dark spots on my face. It also helped to get rid of some of razor bumps I had and brightened my skin. It made my skin so smooth. You can also use it for your underarms, elbows and knees to lighten them.

I bought this one month before and I am using twice in a week and now I can feel my dark spots are going to lighter. I am using this product on my hands and legs too I can feel change in my skin it’s very nice product

First product from the ordinary and in creating an anti aging regimen. I notice my skin is more radiant and glowy. However, I don't know how often I am supposed to be using this and what other products I should be using for hydration, exfoliation, and anti-aging. I am 26 and am trying to find a regimen that is best for me

I have very sensitive skin and very very few acids are safe for me to use. This doesn't irritate my skin, and the botanicals in it actually seem to soothe my skin, *reducing* redness after use. I have acne, acne scarring, and undesired skin texture/enlarged pores. This is amazing for my skin texture, and feels great going on. I've used one whole bottle over a few months, and have seen improvements in skin texture but no change in acne or scarring. I plan to repurchase and do recommend, but I want to temper your expectations to what this product can provide.

This toner is perfect. It reduces the size of my pores, and also the amount of blackheads. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I use it every night before my nighttime moisturiser (ordinary rosehip oil+buffet) and sometimes in the morning too.

For those of us that are used to intense peels this product is fantastic. It’s so inexpensive and works well. It closes pores, evens skin tone and sloughs away dead skin. I use it 2-3 times per week and my skin is noticeably smoother and brighter. If you are not used to acid peels then I would recommend starting with a softer toner such as Lactic acid and then progress to Glycolic. Do not use if you have sensitive skin or any open sores or wounds.

I bought this about three weeks ago, it's my first product ever from The Ordinary. I got it after hearing from a friend who liked it so much. I used to struggle with intense cystic acne, and last year I started isotretinoin to treat it. About 3 months ago I finally saw my last pimple and I'm glad to say that worked out for me. But even though I no longer have acne, I have scars and hyperpigmentation left behind that I'm eager to get rid of. I've been using it every 2-3 days, as part of my night time routine. The marks on my right cheek have almost completely disappeared! The left have significantly improved and hopefully will be gone soon too. My skin is also less oily and my skin tone is very even. Friends and family have been complementing me on how glowy my skin looks too. Some people experience some irritation on this but I have not at all. No burning, or redness thankfully. Just incredible results. Its made me purchase more products from The Ordinary!

Hands down my most purchased product from TO! I rarely use it on my face and neck, but I apply it all over my body i.e from my chest down, including my back. Then I moisturise my body afterwards. I run out of the bottle quickly, I've already used more than 4 bottles this year. The result: my skin is super SMOOTH! Even my BF noticed the difference and begged me to never stop using whatever is making my skin feel so smooth and buttery....*wink*. The best part is that it visibly evened out my skin tone too. I've always had hyperpigmentation on my knuckles, elbows, knees, butt cheeks, inner thighs etc. And then I noticed that my dark knuckles were fading anyway. Honestly, that was what I first noticed while using Glycolic acid, so I kept buying more bottles. And now I'm noticing changes all over my body too. Also, my heels aren’t cracking anymore. After just one use, all my build-up/dry skin was gone! TMI but normally I will have some flakes visible right after washing m hair, and if I lightly scratch my scalp there will be flakes very easily visible. All gone! First time I tried it I only left it on for 5 minutes, and that was still effective. I also have very sensitive skin, and this didn't cause any irritation. Very happy so far!

I use it as a deodorant and also use it on my face. I use a cotton ball to use as a deodorant. Then a cotton pad for my face.

Love this product. Another use I do is I use underarm, in pit, instead of potentially harmful deodorant. It neutralizes the odorous sweat. Granted it has no perfume smell, but that is a plus for me so it doesn't interfere with my perfume. Plus it has the added effect of slowly lightening a dark pit a tad. I transfer to small spray bottle for easy application. Used like this for over a year, never looked back.
