This serum is clear, if a bit sticky but quite gentle. I paired this with niacinamide toner and it never pilled nor irritated my skin. I would apply before retinol and my skin would absorbed this beautifully. I really liked it and plan on repurchasing.

So I will say that I've only used this a couple of times in the past week since I got it. I have oily, congested skin, so I usually use a salicylic acid toner at night, but if my skin feels like it needs more surface exfoliation, I've tried using this toner instead. For some reason, when I wake up in the morning after using this toner, my face is ridiculously shiny and greasy. All I put on top of it is a very thin gel moisturizer. I guess I might try not putting anything on after it, it just seems like I should moisturize after exfoliating? I also don't really notice a difference in my skin the morning after using it like I thought that I would, but I understand that it must just need to work over a period of time and continuous use. I've had a great first experience with glycolic especially to treat keratosis pilaris Noticeably less rough and bumpy and related concerns like odor. Underarm skin appears more even-toned and smelled clean lol and already seeing improvements in skin

Really enjoyed this exfoliating toner. It was vey gentle on my skin but made a big difference. It smoothed out my skin texture and left my skin with a soft glow. I also used it on my underarms for ingrown hairs and it worked great. This product was gifted by the ordinary for my honest review.

I bought this a month ago to help with oily skin and deep clogged pores. After applying to my face twice a day I can say the oil production is down and the size of my acne is a quarter to nonexistent. I’m beyond impressed and grateful for finding this product. The price is fair and the product goes a long way.

Literally had pretty much clear skin used this 2-3 days in a row, I use this after I shower on my armpits. I've been using this for a couple of years now as part of a skincare routine overhaul I did. My skin is sensitive, with a history of period eczema, and prone to both redness and dryness. I was really happy with the overall results, but couldn't isolate one product from my routine. That was until recently! I've not been able to afford this Serum for the last couple months so have gone without. My skin has been dull and dry, and my eyes became eczemic. I just bought a new bottle of this in the sale and after a week everything has got so much better. Brighter skin tone and much more hydrated. It really really works for me, as well as using the Buffet serum once a week.

This product is literally the whole package in one bottle. It works for literally everything. It took a few months for this to get working on me and I did purge for a while but after a few weeks I saw improvement on my acne, blackheads and hyperpigmentation. I used to use this on my face but anymore just beciase I use too many other acid based serums. Now I use it on my body, scalp and armpits and it works wonders. I have a lot of dark spots and acne and small bumps all over my body. I dont see much improvement on the bumps but it does seem to work on the acne and dark spots as as well lighting my under arm area. I would definitely recommend this to others with dry skin and similar problems as me. :)

I have been using this for cl9se to 2 months,and i can see great improvement in my hormonal acne..being that i have pcos this was a game changer for me...and yes i use this almost everyday ..it doesnt dry out my skin .or irritate it ...I also use vitamin c with it and guess what no issues at all ...it works just fine i hope to keep seeing more improvement during the rest of my usage ....my pcos acne has decreased heavily omg...please my hormonal sisters give this a try .please ne patient when using as well dont expect over night success ,you have to use this for a little while to see results ......I love it

This is multifunctional. I love using this a few times a week before bed. It helps my oiliness and large pores look smaller. I also use it on my feet to slough off dry skin.

i bought this mainly because i heard it was good at reducing the look of “strawberry legs” after shaving, but what i ended up using it on are my underarms! i wipe some on and let it dry before applying my deodorant and i have not smelled since! my deodorant has NEVER worked this well. i’m so happy i bought this and i will be buying more once i run out!

Excellent product for maturing skin. I have no wrinkles only tiny fine lines you can barely see by my eyes at 43 due to dehydration. This beauty of a hydrator fixes all my issues and leaves my skin soft, smooth, hydrated, and calm. I have extremely sensitive skin and have zero issues using this. I’ve been using for about 3 weeks and I find it stings a bit but does a good job in getting my face clean

I've been using Niacinamide for probably five years now and I don't think i could be without it. I always use it in combination with the EUK and I mix the two together in the palm of my hand before massaging into my face and neck. I have sensitive skin which is prone to allergic redness and I have found that using Niacinamide has reduced the frequency of these episodes. It also makes my skin feel beautifully soft and moisturised and completely removes that dry, tight feeling I have always suffered from after a shower. The Niacinamide has also significantly reduced the rosacea broken veins and tiny spots on my nose and cheeks. My skin looks better now in my 50s than it did when I was in my 20s and 30s. As a lifelong eczema sufferer, it's been nothing short of amazing finding products that have really made my skin so much better. Unfortunately I am now suffering from episodes cystic acne on my chin which I think is hormone related due to thyroid medication. But by using azelaic acid before Niacinamide I'm managing to keep on top of everything.

An absolute essential for literally everyone. The first step in any good skincare regime. Water like consistency allows the product to sink in deeply and quickly and doesn't leave a trace on the skin surface. Its unique in that it has added ceramides and B5, few people understand that Hyaluronic acid is a humactant that draws moisture from deeper layers In the skin, for some people that can eventually lead to dehydrated skin, so the added Ceramides and B5 are there as back ups. Outstanding product at an unbeatable price.

This is a good product but not strong enough for most of us women over 60–and yes, we still want to look good! I added some of my own niacinamide powder to the product- bit that was for me we are all different! I use this at night only because I work outdoors and it doesn’t mix well with my sunscreen 70. Still, it’s a good product.

I've used this product about two or three months now, and it has made minor but noticeable effects on textural irregularities (small bumps) on my forehead. I only used it maybe 2-3 times a week since I also use a Retinoid as well as AHA/BHA, and Salicylic acid masque, so I have to alternate products. It is definitely a little strong and makes my skin sensitive to other treatments (TO moisturizer & Niacinamide serum), so I usually use this about 10-20 minutes before applying other products, which helps significantly. My skin typically isn't very sensitive, so this product is not for everyone. Remember to patch test, ladies and gents!

i’ve been using the product for about a year. due to me recently moving, about two months ago i ran out and was unable to buy it until about a month ago. finally, i realized my skin was breaking out terribly and lacking the “glow” it typically does, after some time i realized it was due to me not using this product. so i started using it again recently, and remember exactly why i fell in love. my pores are smaller, my skin is not breaking out as much as it has been, and overall, my skin just feels and looks healthier. BEWARE though! this product will cause your skin to purge. i recommend giving it a week or two and you will see why this is so loved by many :)

I started using this years ago to address the texture on my forehead which I believe was fungal acne. Within a few days of use my forehead cleared up pretty much for the first time since I was a tween. I use this on and off these days to further improve the texture of my skin. 4/5 only because when I use a more-than-small amount at once, it does burn my skin a bit.

I bought this because my skin is janky. I have been using it every couple of days. I also have been doing every other day. Doing this keeps my skin 2nd guessing. I just started using it at night today. Not sure if I like it at night. In the morning is fine so far. I'm going to stick with it

I've been using this product for a few months now and I can honestly say it is the best skincare product I own. I've never had acne or very many blemishes but I struggled with pimples in my "T zone" and uneven skin tone. The most important thing when using this product is to not give up if it "doesn't do anything" after few days. I used it for a month before I saw the results. And boy, were they fantastic. My skin is smooth, bright, there is no more discoloration and I only have pimples when I pick too much at it, lol. I’ve been using this Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner for a few days, and I really like it so far! Glycolic Acid has so many different uses and benefits, but I’ve been using it primarily as a part of my skincare and hair care routine. I’m hoping it will improve my scalp health and help fade some of my acne scarring. It’s super easy to apply, and hasn’t dried out or irritated my skin at all. Good new formula, provided you don't use non-Ordinary products on top. 'Ordinary' moisturizer on top of this product does not pill. However, any foundation on top will pill.
