This is MUST HAVE serum!!! I love that this brand has 3 different versions of Vitamin C. After doing my research I’ve learned that for my acne prone skin this one is the best! Makes my skin glowing and hydrated. I see the results after using it for about a year now! Highly recommend using it!

I’ve been using this as part of my morning routine for a few months now and it has been able to control any breakouts or blemishes without using any additional acne topicals. I actually stopped using Skinceuticals Blemish strum altogether because the Silymarin works great by itself. It’s worth the price!

I struggle with combination skin that is very oily in parts. This product keeps my pores and breakouts under control. I cannot recommend this enough.

This product is hands down the best product I've used to help clear up my adult acne. I've seen an instant difference over night. I have hypersensitive, acne prone skin, and a little goes a long way with this!! I could not recommend it enough. This will continue to be an every day product, I love my results that much!

I have been using the Phloretin for years. I tried this, thinking it would be better, but I prefer the Phloretin.

For the most part, this stuff works! However, it does take a bit to absorb and doesn't lay on matte at all. Even more so, this product is a little difficult to find the right sunscreen for, since it does not mix well at all with other topical products.

I have been using this for over a year and can’t say enough good things about this product! I use it every morning. It’s a must that I can’t live without.

I have been very pleased with this product. As someone in their late 40’s, in perimenopause, with oily skin, and some sun spots, this has been a game changer. Yes, it’s very expensive, but worth it for me. I’ve been using since it originally came out, and have no plans to stop. Great product, highly recommend.

This is a great vitamin C serum for those with oily or acne prone skin. Goes on nice, feels a little tacky when first applied, but that goes away quickly. As with other good vitamin C serums this brightens your complexion but in addition helps keep your skin clear while reducing oiliness. I was skeptical and on the fence about this product prior to purchasing but I’m so glad I gave it a try.

I thought oily skin primarily in the Tzone all my life (45 this year). I love how the serum controls the excess oil. It’s a great base under make up. I’ve used Phloretin Cf for 3 years now. This version is all that plus the oil control. Yes the smell is strong but who cares when this product actually it gives you great skin??? Scent goes away upon application anyway.

Love this stuff. I'm 50 years old and still break out. Silymarin CF reduces my breakouts and does control my face oils making my face less shiny at the end of the day. The smell is "different" but not bad and disappears quickly. I use Silymarin CF in the morning with my Skinceuticals Age interrupter and Fusion sunscreen.... feels light, notice less wrinkles and fine-lines on my face, and my make-up stays on all day now. Will purchase again.

CHANGED MY LIFE AND FIXED MY OILY SKIN PROBLEM!!! The best part is that I didn't even purchase it for that, I wanted to add a bit c serum to my skin care and C F Furelic Acid was always rated high but when I was comparing the two I noticed that this one was made for oily skin so I went with this one. I have always had one major problem with my face, and it is that a few hours into my day my face would become so so oily causing me to have to use blotting paper throughout the day and ruin my makeup/ look. Since I started using this as a base before applying makeup, it reduced the oil that my face produces SIGNIFICANTLY. I CANNOT BE MORE HAPPIER WITH THIS PRODUCT, DO NOT CHANGE THIS FORMULA!!!

i am not far into using this yet and i don't typically write reviews but i had to for this. i have only been using this every morning before my sunscreen for exactly one week now and OMG! it is AMAZING! i have oily skin and deep/larger pores and just in the short time i have been using this i have lost my oiliness, my skin looks brighter and more even, and my pores/blemishes are shrinking or already gone. I absolutely love this stuff and i can't wait to see what it does for me in a month! It is expensive BUT my atologist said it should last you well into 6 months of good use. LOVE IT.

Great if you have oily skin, but not as good as the original vitamin C.

Been using this for 2 months as recommended by my . My skin has improved so much, I have great texture, tone and have a glowy look. I get compliments on my skin all the time. I don’t need foundation anymore just tinted spf and looks so natural

I love this product. Will purchase again. I would highly recommend this to people who have to wear masks all the time to improve textured skin.

The BEST! I’ve been using this product only 3 weeks. I have oily skin, so far it’s been working amazing, I feel that it already transformed my skin. I can see the texture on my face improvement. It helped with breakouts, texture and overall complexion!! it might take more time to have more improvement, but I’m really happy with the results so far. I couldn’t recommend this product enough. I received a sample of this from my atologist and loved it. Normally it’s hard to justify this price tag but not with this serum. It’s made a tremendous difference in the overall health and look of my skin. In addition to healing breakouts my skin looks even, spots are faded too. Will definitely buy agsin.

Received a sample of this at my atologist's office along with another C product and this was the clear winner! Brighter and clearer skin and so easy to use - I apply it daily on freshly cleaned skin and it has cleared up any mask acne I had. I have mature, dry skin so I was afraid it would be too drying but no problem there. I will definitely keep this in my routine.

I love Skin Ceuticals Vitamin C serums and this one holds up to it’s name but has done absolutely zero things for my breakouts.

My daughter and I both use this . It helped with her acne and scarring, and she calls it “liquid gold.” I use it for 2 weeks here and there as a boost for my skin. We both feel like it brightens your skin and is a great addition to any skin care routine.

While this is spendy, it's the only antioxidant I'll use because the science/research behind it is so robust AND it's formulated to not break out my oily/acne-prone skin.

Since I started to use this serum I have been getting a lot of compliments on my skin. It seems to have cleared up my hormonal chin acne and helped with the discoloration from acne scars. Will definitely purchase again.

CE Ferulic was a bit too much for my skin to use daily and this perfect serum has taken its place for daily use. The vitamin C and anti breakout ingredients protect and nourish my skin. It’s so light and easy to apply all over twice daily

I almost gave up on finding a vitamin C that doesn't make me ultra-oily. This was the answer to my prayer. It goes on VERY matte and layers great with moisturizer and under makeup. It definitely has brightened up my skin and evened out my tone. It's expensive, but it will last you quite a while. Will re-purchase because there's nothing else that has been effective -and- compatible with oily skin. I tried a couple of the other SkinCeuticals Vit. C and this is by and large my favorite.
