The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution 30ml

I bought this salicylic acid serum and I really noticed differences. My pimples started going away and if you use it everyday more pimples wont come out. Altho I really wish there was a bigger size. PLEASE MAKE THIS IN 60ML I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEEEEEEE THIS PRODUCT

Years ago I finished my roaccutane treatment which helped a lot with cystic acne but I still got little closed pimples and clogged pores. I used some other products (as retinol, aha bha peeling, niacimide+zinc) to improve my skin but the issue was still there. I introduced THIS Product a month ago and it was such a change!! My skin isn’t irritated at all, spots clear almost overnight, it helps with clogged pores like a miracle. And one more big plus: before I got pigmented spots after smallest pimples that were almost impossible to remove, salicylic acid solution clears them so fast! I pare it with hyaluronic acid at night and use on spots, or once or twice weekly also on the whole face if I feel like it. I’m really happy about this purchase and will definitely continue to use it. My fiancé uses it too, for him it works perfect as well. (I got a broken package first, customer support immediately sent me a new one!) don’t forget sunscreen!

I had a bad cycle of breakouts with the change of weather..trust me I’ve tried everything. So my last to go to is this magic in a bottle new formulated salicylic acid.. tried it for a week and wow! It didn’t dissapoint at all of my pimples new and old are all arrested and started to dry out.. be patient and consistent.. it will work for you.. pls pls pls don’t take this out of the market again..this stuff is magic x

I'm so happy you finally brought this amazing product back :). My skin has definitely missed it and I don't want to be without it anymore! There is nothing comparable on the discount shelves...but even if it were, I would always prefer your products due to the high concentration and purity of the ingredients :) Love it!

I'm one of the many who had been waiting 2 years for this product to come back. Ever since they stopped making this stuff, I'd been cycling through other products, trying to find something that could keep my acne under control, to no avail. I was worried that when they brought this back, the reformulation would not work on me, but I'm so happy to say that in just 5 days of use, my breakouts have almost entirely vanished. Works just how it did before. I hope they never stop making this stuff - nothing works even half as well for my skin to both heal and prevent breakouts. For me, it's the difference between large weekly breakouts and having completely clear skin as long as I'm using it.

I had a lot of milia productions under my eyes, I put this on the other night and the next morning most of it had went down or completely gone. skin felt/looked really smooth. I enjoyed this product a lot. Great price and great formula! tip of advice: dont over use this it is an exfoliant and can be drying if over used. its recommend 2-3 times a week, I go by how my skin is feeling if I need that extra cleanse/exfoliation I use this. love the product ! Love this stuff. When is it going to be in stock again? It's been months. The mask is ok but a bit of a pain in the butt. Not a viable replacement. Absolute save for sudden pimples or the really inflamed and headless ones! Fastest in drying out pimples and helps with spots

This products is awesome!! I use it daily under my makeup and alternate at night with other ordinary products. The plus side is my face is not oily when using this product under makeup. Some way it controls my oils. This products clears white heads and black heads. If you have a bump you literally apply this acid and by the morning the bump is flat. Try it you won’t be sorry. It’s light weight, dries fast, no smell, and gives you clear skin. I love this stuff I will never buy a over the counter products thy contain salicylic acid again because those products breaks me out. This product doesn’t do that, I love it!!!

Love this product! It worked like a charm to eliminate any hormonal/cystic acne I had, but is also the only thing we've managed to find to help with my daughter’s acne from puberty. My only qualm is that it comes in a glass packaging. I’ve had a The Ordinary product broken during shipment, which your company replaced with no hassle, but my daughter has also managed to “accidentally” drop 2 separate bottles. While the bottles did not shatter, both times the glass screw on closure part broke. I really wish you would offer plastic serum/oil containers. I absolutely love the ordinary as a brand and recommend it to all my friends. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the salicylic acid acid changed my life - no other product has helped me so much. That's why it's even more disappointing that it has been out of stock for SUCH a long time (over a year now I think?). Really resistant to incorporate a product in to your routine if you can't rely on it. Even an indication of when you think it might be back in stock would help at this point!

AMAZING! I cannot recommend this product highly enough. I've only been using it for just over a week (twice a day AM & PM, applying a small amount all over my face) and my blackheads have almost disappeared from my nose (for anyone who is worried that it will make their skin dry, I leave it 5 minutes and moisturise after). This stuff is lovely. Definitely helps with congestion but doesn't dry out my skin or trigger my rosacea. I use once a day (pm) after cleansing and layer retinol about 45-60 minutes later.

I used this product for around 6 months with no problems however, recently it brings my face up in red patches sometimes with an itchy rash as well. This has possibly coincided with a new bottle - has the formula changed? I’m gutted as I previously loved this product and got loads of compliments on my skin but the irritation is too much now.

i’ve always had mini bumps on my skin, not spots just like tiny bumps and i never know how to get rid of them and i saw someone on tiktok use it and i thought i may aswell try. it it’s only £5 thinking it wouldn’t work because nothing really works on my skin but when i started using it it cleared the bumps completely and my skin was so smooth i’ve just ran out and they’ve started to come back again :( couldn’t recommend any more

I bought this product a few months ago and I have seen great improvements in my skin. When I first started using the product, my skin went through a pretty bad purging phase. I kept going with the product and I now have the clearest skin ever. I feel now that I have control over my skin and that my skin doesn’t control me anymore!

Used this on my whole face for a week to improve texture, sebaceous filaments and large pores on my t-zone and it has drastically improved all of the above. Now I use to spot treat alongside niacinimide 10% and zinc 1% and they two work great together.

I’ve been using this along with the niacimide & zinc serum by the ordinary and have noticed great results to my very oily, acne prone skin. The first night I used it I made the mistake of letting too much of the product sit on my skin and did see some redness the next morning. Since that I have used a small amount over my entire face and noticed an immediate improvement in the texture and appearance of my skin along with the frequency of my breakouts.

An absolute life-changer for me. I'm 32 and have been struggling with my acne, pores, skin texture and oily skin since I was 10. I've tried almost everything. Until now the only thing that cleared my skin was accutane, but the side-effects weren't worth it. I always had blemishes, bumpy skin, huge pores and I was super OILY. I started with this product and moisturized more and noticed within a few days that my texture had improved and my blemishes were disappearing. The increase in moisture also seemed to close my pores. I couldn't help but add extra TO products and so far I've had positive experiences with them all (Plant derived squalene, naicinamide + zinc, Rosehip Oil & Vit C powder). However, this is still my holy grail. I wouldn't do without it.

Huge fan of this product! This (and the niacinamide, buffet, hyaluronic acid, vitamin c and sqaulane) has completely stopped my pimples and made my skin look better then it has been in years. The. Best. Thing. Ever. for drying nasty surprises on your face and neck line, I could see results after only 1 application! It slightly foams on skin but dries out really quickly, it goes well with make up too. 9/10

I use it twice a week, it's good.However, can't leave it on during the day...becajse it will leave sticky / greyish residue behind. And pills under makeup. In this case, you may be applying too much product onto your skin. Your skin can only absorb a certain amount of product, and any excess will be left on top of the skin so that when the next product is being applied, it rubs off. We recommend using 1-2 drops of each product, massaging it into the skin until it is fully absorbed in order to move onto the next. We hope this helps! Really terrific product! I use it for spot treatment when I started to break out (especially on my period) and it works wonder minimizing the intensity of blemishes. This product is great for treating spots or to use on your whole face until your acne starts to clear. I have used it to spot treat and my 13 year old son is using it on his whole face. I have noticed a vast improvement in his skin in just a week. He is also using the niacinamide + zinc and HA 2% + B5. His skin is clearing up. Love all The Ordinary products that I've tried thus far. Too adstringent because of the witch hazel. My face feels extremely tight after applying this and it takes about 30 minutes for me to recover after application. Generally a good and cheap salicylic acid formulation, just wish you’d get rid of the witch hazel. DECIEM Response: Hi Karlo! Thank you for sharing!
