I know this is dramatic, but this product changed everything for me. I have extremely dry skin and had cystic acne for years. I assumed that I could never use things like glycolic acid with dry skin. But using this every night cleared up my cystic acne an unbelievable amount AND made my skin feel less dry overall. I genuinely think that a lot of my cystic acne/congestion came from dry and dead skin cells that weren’t sloughing off properly. After spending so much money and time on other products, I can’t believe that one cheap product was the answer all along.

I was so happy to be Gifted by theordinary! This moisturizer is so light weight and super easy to blend into my skin. It doesn’t take a lot and it absorbs right in and leaves my skin glowing, hydrated, and supple. I do think it isn’t has hydrating as some but it still may leave you feeling a little dry even though it absorbs into my face. It has some really great ingredients that is supposed to really give you that layer of surface hydration. It is also non greasy! I love it and just add a little extra to keep my face from feeling a little dried out after a while!

As someone who struggles with hyperpigmentation I am always looking for products that will help even my skin-tone…so far, this product does just that! I've used prescribed Azelaic Acid and I was super excited that The Ordinary now has this. It's creamy and lays well under my other skincare and it's as effective as my prescribed cream. I have uneven skin tone and that's the main reason I like azelaic acid so this has helped lighten a lot of uneven spots. Gifted by The Ordinary but all opinions are my own.

I have used this toner since it's been launched, in my opinion it's the best glycolic toner on the market, I did however try a more expensive one in the hopes it would be better but didn't even finish it before going back to the ordinary

This brightening face cream is formulated to target dull skin and improve skin texture. It has a thick cream consistency which I thought would end up feeling too heavy, but it dried down very nicely and quickly without leaving a slick feeling on my skin. I feel like it has improved my skin texture, but haven’t seen yet if it brightens skin. I’ll have to use it more religiously to find out. Gifted by the ordinary.

I been using a lot if the ordinary products since discovering them earlier this year.This has made the most noticeable difference and I've been using it for about a month now. My skin is brighter and has better texture. I used to have little bumps under the skin along my jawline which have completely disappeared. I'm having less spots too and they are clearing up quicker. I have sensitive skin so have been reluctant to try any acids but I'm so glad I did as I've had no reaction from this at all.My only request would be for a bigger bottle, I think 1 bottle will last for 2 months if using am and pm which is fine for the price but I'll definitely buy 2 next time.

I love love this product. I have been dealing with some dark spots on my cheek from acne. I used this product for about 2-3 days and it has completely lightened up the appearance of my hyperpigmentation.

I started using some of the products about 3 weeks ago and have loved them all. I purchased the 30 ml Azelaic Acid Suspension a week ago from Ulta and I know it wasn’t opened or returned because it had the safety plug still intact. Nothing came out till I pushed to the very end of the tube right where it comes out. I will be out by next week most likely. Not sure if this is a normal amount or just defective from manufacturing. But love the product itself.

I use the Azelaic Acid Suspension for treating the perioral atitis i developed around my nose area after using nasalspray containing costicorteroids that came in contact with my skin under my nose. Just wanted to let people who might suffer the same skincondition know that this healed my periodal atitis!

I’ve been using this product for more than 7 months now and I am I love with the results. If you’re looking for brightness, glowy skin, if you’re aiming at reducing oil and sebum secretions, this product is for you. Only one advice, I tried to combine it with Niacinamide for my morning routine, followed by hydration and sunscreen, its texture wasn’t « pleasant ». Now I am using it alone, and the difference is blatant, I feel like my skin is away brighter, soft and glowy, with immediate result as soon as I apply it, and it’s maintained the whole day.

I love this product, and if I had to pick only one from TO, this would be it (also the HA). It leaves your skin so soft and matte. Besides, it soothes hyperpigmentation marks and even more, it is antibacterial, so it proves very very very useful for breakouts. The only drawback is the size. 30 ml is not enough. I wish they launched a bigger size azelaic acid, like 50 or 75 ml

I decided to give the azelaic acid a try in order to see how my post-menopausal yet still oily skin would react. Wow! This formula has reduced the oiliness while improving my skin's texture significantly. I like to put it on on a day I'm staying home and not wearing make up. I leave it on all day and don't wash off before bed. My skin looks so much better. Less oily, smaller looking pores and general all around clearer looking skin texture. Amazing.

I was looking for something to help with aging skin and I use this alongside other Ordinary products and I do think my skin looks clearer. I have dark patches on my face and I think they are improving. Happy so far and will keep using - watch this space!

I bought this on the recommendation from another rosy. Has helped so much, for 2+ yrs. Funny thing is that Azelaic acid also helped (along with serious prescription medicine) to lessen my shingles attack sores and heal sooner on my face and neck. Also used Ascorbic Acid 8% + alpha arbutin 2% and a touch of argon oil. Swear by this product

I have been using this for 3 months now I have worked up to every other night occasionally every night. It is amazing! Skin texture looks even and soft. Fair warning if your considering trying it you should! But be aware of a possible skin purge period. It lasted about 3 weeks to a month and was marked by breakouts and red spots I pushed through as the purge was expected and I’m so happy I did! My skin had never looked better and it’s his product that was the game changer! Love it!
