Like I mentioned in another review, I’ve been using glycolic acid since middle school—and I’ve been using this product just as long. It shrinks large pores, reduces redness, soothes irritated skin, and has genuinely helped boost my confidence. I truly believe that years of using it have contributed to a slight “glass skin” effect, which I love. The results are subtle and take time, but it’s worth it. It’s both hydrating and brightening. It can feel a bit sticky if you apply too much, but that’s easily balanced out with moisturizer. Highly recommend!

In a week my back acne is pretty much gone, Im writing a review already because it is so surprising.

I have many pores on my chin, nose and around it which causes a lots of blackheads all the time and I hate it. After using it for a while, I kinda feel it's getting better and my pores are blocking and I have less blackheads. About the acnes, I think it's not suitable for me and it causes breakouts. But overall I'm pleased with it.

I discovered The Ordinary's Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% in early 2022, and 3 and a half years later, I cannot imagine life without it. This is my go-to for zit prevention and treatment. I witness online hate for the 10% concentration and am flabbergasted. On the daily, I cut this with Elizavecca Pure Hyaluronic Acid. I think my hand mixture lowers the strength to about 1-2%. (If I I apply this first, then The Ordinary's Azelaic Acid 10% BEFORE Blue Lizard spf 50, I don't break out. If I remove The Ordinary from the above equation, I tend to break out.) On its own, when dabbed on a blemish, I have found this far more effective and far less irritating than salicylic acid. I believe I'm on my 6th bottle and plan to use this product as long as The Ordinary continues to offer it at this strength, in this zinc pca formulation. Side note: I get so many compliments with my makeup free niacinamide/azelaic acid/mineral sunscreen... Smooth, even skin goals are attainable and The Ordinary helps.

I am in my 60s and never did any skin care products such as the ones from the Ordinary ever in my life other than a cleanser, toner and moisturizer. So using the Ordinary products was a learning experience. I found that this particular product if I put it on my neck directly that it caused irritation and did also irritate my face. I did use it daily morning and night initially and applied it direct to my skin. What or what works for me is to use it once a day more of a spot treatment, or every other day to now I mix it together with my moisturizer for neck and face area. The fact that it is 10% based on my research is the probability for the irritation, then again it may work for others without issue. We are all different. I pretty much use it with my moisturizer once every 3-4 days at night and only for certain spots on my face do i dot it on such as the dark spots more or less under my eyes near my cheekbones and that routine seems to work for me

I've been using Niacinamide for probably five years now and I don't think i could be without it. I always use it in combination with the EUK and I mix the two together in the palm of my hand before massaging into my face and neck. I have sensitive skin which is prone to allergic redness and I have found that using Niacinamide has reduced the frequency of these episodes. It also makes my skin feel beautifully soft and moisturised and completely removes that dry, tight feeling I have always suffered from after a shower. The Niacinamide has also significantly reduced the rosacea broken veins and tiny spots on my nose and cheeks. My skin looks better now in my 50s than it did when I was in my 20s and 30s. As a lifelong eczema sufferer, it's been nothing short of amazing finding products that have really made my skin so much better. Unfortunately I am now suffering from episodes cystic acne on my chin which I think is hormone related due to thyroid medication. But by using azelaic acid before Niacinamide I'm managing to keep on top of everything.

I have been using this product for over 2 years and cannot have my skin routine without it. I use it at night after my prescription retinol and in the morning after m6 vitamin c. Ordinary has not disappointed me. My skin is supple, brighter, pores are less visible. Texture and tone is much more even. When ppl see me with my son who is 30 years younger than me, they think we are siblings! I am using their hair serum too and will wrote review after giving it a few months.

I have been using this product for over a year. I love it. I use it for my scalp as well. It works well.

I swear by this toner and have only been using it for a week. It has already worked wonders. After cleansing, I use this at night and this works well on any marks or scars I have on my face from previous acne. It really smoothes out the tone and texture of your skin and I love it. It's best to do this at night as it makes your face slightly sticky but nothing uncomfortable. I felt a bit worried to apply an 'acid' to my face, but do not fear, it's brilliant and does exactly what it needs to. I use it 4-5 times a week and it's brilliant. Cannot recommend enough!

As someone dealing with adult acne, I've been using this product for about 1.5 months and I'm seeing a big difference. In the beginning, there was some irritation but my skin has adjusted. My dark spots are fading and my skin is plump and less bumpy.

My son has battled with acne for about three years, after a couple of days there was a very noticeable reduction in his acne. After a week the acne was definitely in retreat and his skin is looking great; he is even getting comments from his friends at school. Great product!

Little back story I’ve had acne since I was 12, I never had a cleansing routine unless it was packing foundation and powder on to my face three times a day and using harsh baby wipes (2009 teen make up) I ended up trying odd pieces mostly vicks and tea tree:( im currently 27 and tried a few more products but I never stick to them since roam was built in a day in my mind, so if I don’t get magically clear skin and all the imperfections vanish I’ll stop using it… however I’ve used this this product in and off for a few years but after discovering a product that held hydrate and keep break outs at pay I decided to try this…. It’s been a month maybe more and my wrinkles are fading my massive pores not seem scared since they’re gone (unless I’m looking real close) my skin isn’t dry and there’s more of a youthful bounce to my skin which had long disappeared with three kids haha. I haven’t used make up like my younger self since I was 15-16 now if I wear make up which is every blue moon it’s a drop of liquid and a beauty blender to take away the excess and light powder and blue. I’m not fancy enough for the current make up style I still can’t tell my left from my right without holding my hands out in front of me. Anyways I recommend and looking at a few more pieces to permanently take away my forehead expressive wrinkles away

Have purchased multiple times because it’s highly effective. I use this and serums from The Ordinary along with a regimen from Crème de la Mer and the products work together beautifully - love the targeted treatments from The Ordinary.

After usage, the skin glows. I use it every other day. Great result.

This stuff has changed my life. My skin texture is so much better and I barely get any break outs. I also wipe it on my underarms and now I don't need deodorant.

For this about a month ago, I like how it works but I do find it leaves my skin feeling a bit “sticky” once dry….

I received this product gifted by theordinary. It makes your skin very sensitive after so definitely don't use too often and make sure to use sun protection! I might use it on other areas of my body for ingrown hairs since my face is sensitive.

The first application tingled a lot. I was a little scared but I quickly saw the benefits of this toner. I apply it on 3 nights a week, or when I see that my skin is textured and dull, and I wake up with soft, smooth skin. I really like this product!

I’ve used this product for a few weeks. I love the freshness it brings to my face and almost dewy appearance. I do see a difference in my pore sizes and skin texture. My only reason of not giving it 5 stars is it is a little drying even when paired with everyday moisturizer overtop. I’m using it 2x a day.

I wish I took before and after photos because this has changed my skin so much it’s wild. I have struggled with oil, dullness and tone/texture for ages, and since starting this toner 2ish weeks ago my skin is smooth, clear, bright and (dare I say) glowing. I wear make up daily and it wears sooo much better on my face now, not shiny or uneven like it often used to feel. 100% would recommend.

My acne spots didn’t leave my face for months and after a week of using this serum, I noticed that the spots look brighter and my skin tone looks more even. Before this serum nothing helped really, finally it works for me!

I use this for pore size and looking forward. Its a water soluble product and leave a shiny look efter application . Overall product have no other problems

This might just be my favourite product from the Ordinary! I have struggled with perimenopausal hormone changes causing oiliness and breakouts, and just noticing those mid 40s wrinkles and dullness of my skin. In a week I have far less sebum production and no dryness issues and such an improvement to my skins texture. This is a fabulous product! I apply the serum right out of the shower then my moisturizer.

I bought this and immediately used it on my armpits with a cotton pad. Instantly got rid of my odor. Ppl say they don't smell it but If I smell it ik others around me do to. I'm so relieved. I feel more confident to lift my armpits.

i have been using the azelaic cream for a long time and have had a good experience with it. i wanted to add the niacinamide serum to my routine. the two products reacted with each other and my face turned white!

I have been using this product for a month and it is magic in a bottle...seriously. I have oily sensitive skin and it controls oil, shrinks pores and eliminates redness and bumps. I noticed a big improvement after the first week and then just even better. It is magic in a bottle...seriously...I wish that I tried it earlier. Perfect...so happy

If you're looking to introduce niacinamide into your routine, this is a great option! I have dry, acne prone skin with some uneven texture and old acne scars. I like this serum as an easy option to improve all of my skin imperfections without irritating my skin. It's good! Gifted by theordinary but I've used it before and will keep using this serum.
