2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may check out as a guest without creating an account.

3. Products & descriptions

We work to describe products and display colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen renders every detail perfectly. Skincare products are cosmetics, not medical treatments; always patch-test and review the manufacturer's directions. Information on our pages is not medical advice.

4. Pricing & availability

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or decline orders. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund any amount charged.

5. Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and charge payment. Payment is processed securely through our provider. Totals are calculated at checkout and include any applicable shipping. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud.

6. Shipping & delivery

7. Returns & refunds

8. Authenticity

We guarantee the authenticity of every product, as set out in our Authenticity Promise. Products are sealed and carry verifiable batch codes.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Natty Women or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Natty Women is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
