Great product which you can buy at $23+ at other online outlets. Since my skin is severely dehydrated from no skin protection living in a tropical place for 20+ years (SPF sunscreen was a foreign term during my youth), the recovery progress is slower but then I am not looking for a miracle fix. Checking my face everyday did not provide visible results but on a weekly basis, I could see improvements. Buy directly from this company because not likely you will find a comparable price for the identical product anywhere else.

I use Hyaluronic Acid, Matrixyl 10%, and Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA (in that order) in the AM and Squalane Cleanser and Retinol 1% in Squalane at night. I am 65 with wrinkles and it seems like the Matrixyl is really helping. Is there anything else I should add to this routine? I'm only giving this four stars because I wish there wasn't hyaluronic acid added to every product. I would love to buy this peptide without hyaluronic acid in it.

Hello--I've always been happy with my skin, even now at 66 (stay out of the sun girls, is all I can say). And I'm a skeptic. But this product is amazing (or else it's the C25 booster maybe). I wake up in the morning and think, wow! So hurray for the Ordinary.

I bought Niacinamide 10% + zinc 1%, Matrixyl 10% + HA and Retinol 1% in squalane to use together after reading previous reviews and I've only been using for about a week and I am truly amazed and so happy with the results so far! Turning 38 in a couple of week and after having quite a troubling and stressful year my skin has been starting to show the signs of the stress I've been under and dropping on this company totally by chance has been the best thing. I've been really conscience of my glabellar line and tired eyes and general dullness to my skin and I've already seen a difference in the severity of my fine lines and my skin feels firmer and healthy and completely blemish free!! Very happy customer and the fact they are amazingly priced is just the cherry on the top! Will defo be reordering but won't need to for awhile yet as alittle goes a long way! I can't say how this would work on the face, as in forehead lines and so on, because my skin has a bad reaction to it, every time. I've tried it different ways. Under this, over that... I tried to hang in there but I get lots of bumps, like acne, every time. The same thing happened to me w/the Argireline. NOW, having said that, I am able to use it on the outer corners of my eyes (not below my eyes, nor on my temples... just the outer corners). I assume that has something to do with pore size, there? Not sure but my skin, there, drinks this in, with no trouble. I combine it with the Argireline, and it does make a significant difference, causing those tiny but annoying lines, there, to disappear/lessen. That makes this product worth it to me. Only a tiny amount is needed and it works. I use it, twice a day, first thing, after I wash my face.P.S. My mom has yet to decide whether or not this works to lessen her wrinkles, but she can use it, all over, and doesn't have a bad reaction to it, at all. So, everyone's skin is different.

I've known about matrixyl for over 15 years or longer when a company based in Canada named Isomers got the patent from Sea for a few years. They charge?d a fortune but it worked and was touted as 1000 percent better than vitamin C. When the patent expired, every cosmetic company worth their weight in gold jumped on it, charging even more. I've been using it for years, but until I used this, I never saw much difference. Between the argiriline and matrixyl I have seen any wrinkles fade a lot. I use both morning and night. This works, period! I love both products and used consistently, they do the job. I can't say enough good things about this product. It keeps my skin soft and flexible without causing breakouts. I am 38 and have combination skin, prone to occasional breakouts depending on the products I try. I've been using this one for almost a year and I order it two bottles at a time so I don't run out. It's really gentle and fast absorbing.

I have just finished using my second bottle. I have to say it’s so good I’m afraid to stop using it! I have no lines and it’s really helped plump nose to mouth lines and lip lines. People always comment on my skin and how youthful I look at 45 years of age. I absolutely love it and will continue to use it. I highly recommend it.

I love this product, however i don't quite understand the warning not use with direct acids. I purchased this and Azelaic Acid. I use the Azelaic Acid at night and then this in the morning. Is this okay or am I still contradicting the products? Or should i not sue them together in my skincare routine overall? Matrixyl 10% has been a total game-changer for my skin. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and after a few weeks, I noticed my skin looked smoother and more refreshed. Fine lines are way less noticeable, and my face just feels firmer and healthier overall. Definitely one of those products you stick with once you try!

I’ve been using this for 2 weeks and the results have been great. My skin looks healthy and plump. I also appreciate how little you have to use to get results. One and half drops is all I use, any more than that and my skin gets really sticky

Well lets start by stating im 38 years old, i have lines, lots of microlines, i have the 11s and upper lip crinkle wrinkles, I brought this because its hard to find a budget serum with both matrixyl 3000 and matrixyl synth 6 in it and ive been using it for 3 months atm I probably should gibe it longer to be fair. I cant say im seeing huge differences but there is a difference, more so in my relaxed face. but its not enough for me. so yeah its a nice product but i think its more for entry level or young adults experiencing wrinkles, or maybe its just my skin not loving the formulation, give it a try, its cheap enough, get through a bottle and make a decision for yourself, but for me, i was nearly gas-lighting myself into believing it did more then it has because i didn't wanna pay more of another brand haha. I have to say though, its lovely to apply on the skin and works really well with argiraline and layers well too

My skin loves this stuff! It makes my skin feel so soft and plump. It is a very thick serum and feels a just a hint sticky while your skin absorbs it but after that your skin is silky smooth. I am young but already have fine lines around my mouth and this just makes them disappear. This stuff is made of miracles!

I just turned 44 and it seams like the past few years, I have started to have wrinkles. I didn't know anything about Matrixyl and then I saw this product has very good reviews, so I give a try. I'm 35, I have dry, aging, acne prone skin. This serum didn't cause any break out. It's a thin gel texture that goes smoothly, easily on the skin. I use only 3 drops for entire face. When the weather is hot and humid, I would feel little bit sticky but on cool day, not so much. I also use Alpha arbutin and Niacinamide, moisturizer after Matrixyl. Since I added Matrixyl in my skin care routine, my skin is so much better. I'm so impressed with it after two used, not after a whole bottle! Most of my solf lines on the forehead and under eyes are so much less visible, my skin looks smoother and younger. I am supper happy with this serum.

Wow! This product is absolutely incredible. I am so blown away by how effective it is at smoothing skin. My mom (59) and I (26) both use this product and we are both obsessed. You can really see an improvement in her deep wrinkles after just a month. I use it to combat smile lines and the 11 between my brows and it really works! I also have acne scars that have begun to smooth out. It is so hydrating and has a pleasant texture that sinks into your skin almost immediately. I would really recommend this product for anyone: those with wrinkles and those who are preventing them, or even those trying to heal old acne scars.

This stuff is absolutely amazing. I've been using it for over 6 months now and will keep on buying it. The fine lines around my eyes, as well as the accordion lines around my mouth and cheeks have really flattened out. I've seen both instant cosmetic effects from the serum, as well as long lasting moisturising effects that plump up my skin longer term. I get lots of compliments on my skin now, and would say the changes in these areas alone take about 5 years off my face. For anyone that's interested . . . . my evening routine consists of 1. gentle cleansing with a facial sponge, 2. Pixi Glow Tonic (which i'll be swapping out for The Ordinarys Glycolic Toner when it's finished), 3. a few spritz's of Pixi Glow Mist, 4. Matrixyl 10% + HA, 5. First, confession, I am over 50 and have never taken care of my skin. After asking a friend at work about her skincare, because hers looked AMAZING, she told me she had been a skincare consultant in the past. When I asked for a recommendation she said The Ordinary had the best quality, and a great price. I logged in and took the quiz, since I had no clue where to start. I bought the products it recommended: Squalene Cleanser, Matrixyl, Squalene serum, and Natural Moisturing Factors HA, I added the AHA/BHA mask also. I decided to wait until I was done with the first batch of product to write any review. I was not expecting fast results, but hoped for the best. I can now say at about a month in that the results are awesome! I am watching my pores shrink, the dryness, uneven skin tone, and fine lines are all visibly improving. I use the mask twice a week and the other products twice a day. Can't express how thrilled I am! There is hope! Even if you have neglected your skin forever :)

Miracle in a bottle I mix Matrixyl and Argeline together gives great results .been using for 3 years and very reasonably priced

Almost all the products I use from Deciem are great and have ordered repeatedly. Until my last order, which never arrived and Deciem has not provided any substantive response to this day, more than 8 weeks ago. It is not my intention to complain about customer service: I just want genuine contact and so far that just seems impossible. Email and web form are obviously not the right way! I do not feel the need to incur additional costs associated with international calls. How much longer than almost two months do I have to wait before I receive a substantive message from you? I paid for over $50 worth of products that I never received! So please help me with this problem! Case #01949983

I've been using it around the eyes and on my neek for about a month now. Perhaps it's too little to talk about results, but I'm also rather young and doing it for preventative care than anything else. When I used it on my whole face, I think it broke me out, so eyes and neck it is.

I have been using this product for over a 1 year and absolutely love it. At one point I ran out of product and noticed my skin was very dry, dull and flakey. (Psoriasis/eczema) This product works wonders at plumping the skin, filling in fine lines and giving a more youthful appearance. This was the first product I tried from The ordinary, and I really liked it. This product goes on great and feels great once on. I use it for fine lines around my eyes and some creases on my forehead. I even bought one for my sister, unfortunately for her her skin had a bit of a reaction to the product and no longer uses it. However, for me I have had no issues and will purchase again. I am even looking into some other products!

Absolutely love this product. Works instantly. Applied on a clean face, allow to dry, gives an instant healthy glow even under make up. Have definitely bought more.
