The Ordinary EUK 134 0.1% 30ml

I have a question in regards to what order to use the product. I also own Buffet, Matrixyl 3000, Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, Granactive Retinoids 5%, Alpha Lipoic Acid 5%. I love it all but really confused if the order for the morning/night

This product is a hidden gem! Upon initial application the redness on my cheeks was reduced by half by the next morning, and after a few days of continued use the redness nearly disappeared and hasn't come back so long as I keep using it. I also get lots of sun exposure and I have found that applying EUK before sunscreen in the morning has helped reduce the signs of sun exposure (less acute irritation, less darkening/formation of pigmentation). The product is quite heavy, but when mixed with a moisturizer it goes on my dry skin just fine.

It really improves the skin tone. I think that I've started noticing the effect after a couple of days, but it continued improve further after. My skin looks very fresh with lovely blush, I'm happy. The only drawback is that it absorbs slowly into the skin (10-15 min), even in my slightly dry skin. So, I do not use it when I'm running late in the morning. I'm near the half of my second bottle and plan to continue using the product.

I love using this to reduce inflammation on my skin. It immediately makes my skin calmer and less red. I’ve also had my friends use it on razor burn and sunburns and it helped calm their skin as well.

I used it a few times, but I’m not very sure what to do with it. On my skin it feels as it takes long time for it to sink in. It’s also oil free but feels like oil. Can I use it after alpha arbutin and then some moisturiser/ sun screen on top? It almost feels like I don’t need moisturiser after this product because it’s so oily.

It makes my skin really smooth and gives it a nice glow. My Question is, can I layer it with Amino Acid + B5?

I am curious if this reaction is ok. After cleansing I layered Buffet --> Niacinamide --> EUK. And after about 10-15 min I got red big spots on my cheeks, temples and forehead with a bit burning feeling. But after 1 hours everything went away, leaving my skin glowy, clean and healthy looking. From one head I like the effect that I get after dessapierence of redness and burning but from another hand I don't know if this redness and burning reaction after applying EUK is fine and don't damage my skin. Is this normal reaction after applying EUK?

I do love this product and it helps with congestion and wrinkles. The texture is nice for doing gua sha so I don’t have to use more oil in the morning which my pores are grateful for. Only think that bothers me is that warm feeling. It’s nice in winter but really bothers me in summer as it makes me sweat right away. Even in winter I have to rub the product in my palms before applying to my face otherwise it gets too uncomfortable. Also not suitable for sensitive skin. My friend tried it and her face was red for 3 hours after.

Should have found this product earlier. I like putting it on before I go to bed and it basically does the wonder as my skin is so smooth and bright every morning. It is a funny texture because it doesn't really feel like oil but it is runny and thin. But my face basically absorbs it pretty fast so I do not have a problem with it. Yes it will make your face look a little bit more blush but no irritation at all. Anyway it is a must buy

this is my new favorite. I use it in the morning with HA +B5 and NMF. My nightly routine includes granactive retinoid and magnesium phosphate and then once or twice a week I will switch that with Mandelic acid and rosehip oil. Deciem, can you tell me if I can include the EUK with my retinoid and magnesium phosphate at night? Or will it not pair well with the magnesium phosphate? This Product is so astonishing that deserves way more than 10 stars!!! I use this in my night skincare routine and it enhances the effect of Alpha arbutin+ Ha. Really love the feeling of application though it feels a bit sticky at first. Next day, my skin is boosted, moisturized and whitened. Love this product, good job Deciem! Will definately repurchase! i wear this product every morning with Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 and after i used a matt cream for oily skin!! I feel this mixing works really well! Can i use an Niamicid+Zinc? I am pleasantly surprised by using this product. My skin usually dries out throughout the day, but ever since using this every morning, my skin has retained moisture all day long. Not sure about antioxidant properties. Also my skin is very sensitive. I could not handle the Ordinary resveratrol but this has not lead to any irritation or sensitives. I just got Matrixyl, EUK and Hyaluronic B5. EUK feels great on the skin and am so excited to us them all after all the rave reviews - but in which order and when do I use them and combine them?

Okay so i'm 30, have a normal/dry skin, i don't really have any routines, i just filled out the questionnaire here (i was looking for a solution for ageing, uneven skin tone, elasticity), and it give me this, so i tried it out and i've seen improvement right after the first use. Now i use it before sleep twice a week, (just wash my face with icecold water, then Euk 134 and thats it) when i apply it feels hot on the skin, not greasy only until it is absorbed. In the morning my skin looks very healthy, with an even, shiny color. I really like it, and its price is unbeatable 😂👍🙏

I find the jargon-filled description of this product actually does not do it any justice. I bought this on a whim from the when an associate suggested it as an antioxidant. I have sensitive, dry skin easily prone to redness, for that reason, I use very few products in my routine and introduce new products sparingly. After i started using this, there was a definite calming of redness and overall evening of skin tone. I use just once a day and have noticed visible results in 1 week. The texture is very oily so I am not sure if that would be ideal for all skin types.

EUK 134 0.1% gave me a really bad skin reaction after the first month of use. My face got really red and with a little bit of burning sensation. Not good. I will try a new regimen because this one has non effect, my skin still looking bad.

I have redness around my nose and chin. Nothing has helped to visibly calm and bring the redness down as much as this has. I really love this and am so glad I randomly picked it up and purchased. I have been using EUK 134 for about 2 yrs. My face is more youthful and dewey. I just re-purchased 3 bottles so I won't run out. I mix 3 drops into HA and apply it to my face every morning.

Formula of this product amazes me. Really thin, hydrating, somewhat nourishing... weirdly "wet". This is not an oil, just to be clear, but acts like a thin, light one. I love it in the morning after my essence and before hydrating cream. It makes perfectly smooth canvas for makeup application. But makeupless, skin looks dewy and perfectly luminous. It is not that it just looks healthy, it actually IS healthier. Best antioxidant formula on the market if you ask me.

Update to my review from 9/15/17: Today is 10/19/2017 and I have been using this everyday since my initial review on 9/15/17. I LOVE IT! I don't really know exactly what it's doing but it's doing something spectacular. I haven't had a breakout since I started using it and my skin has not had any eczema or wierd dry patches. It's more balanced and less oily. I have been using this in the morning only with my morning routine (see initial review 9/15/17). At night I am also using the ordinary Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3% with drunk elephant cream which has vitamin c in it. The combination of both antioxidants is doing something great for my skin. Less wrinkles too! More even toned, brighter, acne scars faded everything just looks better! I don't feel self conscious without make up. I will admit that I also started using the Foreo Luna cleaning tool about the same time, not sure if that made a difference too. Excellent, unmissable product. It made my skin look much brighter after the first application. Well, after 5 minutes from it: I became brownish/greyish immediately after application, but then after a couple of minutes it started glowing. I'm getting a similar effect to Vit. C applications, but without the initial discomfort. I'm using it after the Hylamide serum, and I don't need to apply any other cream afterwards. Thanks Deciem!

Just noticed I shouldn’t be using this with acids. I generally use Glycolic about 3 times a week and I use this with my moisturizer afterwards.( I wait about 30 minutes before adding my moisturizer ) All I get is glowy smooth skin the next day. I’ve never had any warming sensation or anything. I love this stuff. Customer for life ! This has been an excellent addition to my AM routine. Over the course of almost two months I've noticed continual improvements in my skin tone and texture. My tone is more even and my freckles are lighter, while the surface texture of my skin is supple. The serum itself is viscous and will leave an oily sheen if applied solo after water-based products. However, it does play nicely with creme moisturizers. I like to mix in 3 drops, sometimes 4 if the air is dry, and by applying it mixed into the moisturizer the sheen is better controlled and I'm left with a slight dewy texture before SPF.

I love how this feels going on and after. My skin has improved so much since I started using this. This has become a permanent part of my daily routine.

I tried this on a whim. So happy I did as I was blown away by the results. I have, I guess, "mature skin" on the dry side, and the skin around my eyes was geting crepey. I use this regularly 2x/ day with Buffet, moisturizing factors, sometimes with a retinol product (at night) and squalane. Before adding EUK, I was pretty happy with my regime, my skin is soft and feels moisturized. But AFTER I added EUK, there was a world of difference! The crepey-ness around my eyes is much reduced, my skin is glowing and looks and feels more plump and dewy. I even get complements on my skin now. Thanks for this great product!

After ten days of using this product, whenever I absentmindedly touch my face I get pleasantly surprised of how soft it is! And the redness has diminished, too. So much that I went totally makeup free the other day. I’m only using this as an active so I know the change is due to this. Great product!

After reading reviews, I guess I didn't realize and wanted to ask, is redness normal? I use when I'm just hanging out at home, due to product texture and contraindications, and always get red for a while. After a few hours it's gone and I have all new, non red skin. I use to keep my redness away, about once per week. My skin is a little sensitive but not really, doesn't cause me any problems, so I deemed it very worth it. So are there people out there not experiencing redness?

As with most of TO products, I love it. My skin feels amazing after applying it, it looks glowy, youthful and alive. It looks like I have some kind of magical makeup. I use it in the morning before my moisturizer. If you apply makeup afterwards it doesn’t look weird or pill.

I'm at my second bottle and my skin looks as glowy as it does with vitamin C, but with less irritation. You need a very little amount (2-3 drops for face and neck) and I dropped entirely any moisturizer because my skin doesn't need it anymore. I have regretted not repurchasing this product after it ran out! I initially bought it to see if adding it to my regiment could help improve my skin barrier, because my face is extremely dry, reactive/sensitive and at that time was covered in eczema (probably due to a combo of perimenopause and some very stressful life events). NOTE; I changed/added one product at a time, so I could tell what the effect was. After adding the EUK 134, my regimen consisted of: - Squalene cleanser - Hyaluronic acid + b5 applied to wet skin after rinsing off cleanser - EUK 134 - TO Moisturizer (which I can never remember the name of - hydrating something something ;)) - a few drops of oil (I normally use a mix of hemp oil and other oils like rosehip and sea buckthorn) My skin did get red and warm initially, but that dissipated after about 15-20 minutes. After a few days of use, I noticed that my skin was less reactive to cold or heat, and a lot calmer overall. After about a week, my eczema was pretty much gone, and my skin continued to feel calmer - no more dryness and itchyness! And then I made the mistake of not repurchasing (what was I thinking??) My routine otherwise has not changed, but the eczema is back! Buying again RIGHT NOW. If your skin is very reactive, do try it! If it's too strong, try mixing it with your moisturizer. PS DECIEM, why is there no option "sensitivity/reactivity" in the dropdown menu when selecting products?? Us sensitive creatures want to be able to select only those products that are less likely to sting and burn and make our eyes water, please!! (Yes, that has happened to me - I applied a face mask from an unnamed brand, ahem, and immediately had to wash it off with cold water because it stung so bad it made me howl and made my eyes water!)

i can definitely feel it "working" because it warms my skin up for a few minutes when applied alone. was using it on days that i didn't use vitamin c (cause of the not using it with acids thing). but it keeps giving me weird rashy reactions. the reactions go away quickly so i am still hanging on to it but will probably give away and will not repurchase.

I've read many reviews before buying this, so my way of using EUK is not more than 2 drops, never alone. It works ok with same brand Resveratol. I'm using retinoids in the winter season, and in the summer time wrinkles start to reproduce. This year with EUK+Resveratol my 35 year old oily skin says goodby to summer with no wrinkles and no breakouts. But no overdose!
