Returns & Refunds

What can be returned
Because skincare is a matter of hygiene and safety, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging with any protective film or seal intact. This protects every customer and is standard practice for authentic skincare.
What can't be returned
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, items with broken hygiene seals, gifts with purchase, or sale items marked final. If a product arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error, the rules below take priority โ you are always covered in those cases.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund โ including any shipping you paid โ at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Reach out through our contact page or from your account, quoting your order number and the items concerned. We'll confirm eligibility and send simple return instructions, usually within one business day. Please don't ship anything back before you receive confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5โ10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the product you'd prefer. If you need help choosing, our team is glad to advise.
