The Ordinary Glycolipid Cream Cleanser 150ml

I love how well it cleanses without stripping moisture from my face. So many cream cleansers don’t remove make up well and sudsy cleansers dry out skin. Truly the best of both worlds.

I've been using this cleanser together with Natural Factors +Beta Glucan for about a year and finally found my winning combination.

It's been a month since I started to use this Cleanser and I can't be more enthusiast of the results. Just when I use the cleanser I feel my skin as I never felt it before. 100% approved!

didn’t make me break out and made my skin feel good, would definitely Recommend to people with sensitive skin. Good ingredients, good packaging. A lot of product and smell is not bad.

It was moisturizing cleansing cream. But it felt likey face was not clean after using it. I also noticed it did not get makeup off very well. Nice product, but I likely would not purchase

Gentle but I feel like I have to go in w a second wash bc it doesn’t always get all of my makeup off. Ordinary is a great brand at an affordable price though.

This product is just fine…nothing special. It doesn’t foam up like I’d hope and doesn’t do the best job at cleansing and removing makeup, but it’s not the worst I’ve used either.

I like this cleanser as it does a great job with clarifying and blasting some small acne spots and discoloration but I do find it to be slightly drying. I always pair this cleanser with the Rose Hip oil serum by the Ordinary as well!

This is a great cleanser powered by glycolic acid, but buffered with lipids. Gentle enough to use with other actives in a routine, but effective at texture reduction.

A very simple and straightforward cleanser. It’s nice and gentle but still leaves my skin feeling clean! I use it as my night time cleanser and it’s a good start to my skincare routine.

This cleanser is smooth and gentle with a great texture and good smell. It definitely clears away any makeup residue and leave skin feeling clean and brand new. It’s a must have!

When I received this product in the mail for free from Influenster and The Ordinary I was so excited! And after using it consistently I have to say it will now be one of my favorite every day cleanser as it doesn’t suds up like some do leaving my skin feeling a lot more hydrated. The price is really great as well for the size you get. It also lacks a strong scent which is great for those who are sensitive to it. So the consensus is…. 10/10 Would highly recommend !!

My tone is more even I have less red spots and less dark spots underneath my eyes. I love the creamy texture and how it leaves my skin feeling. I will definitely be adding this into my daily routine. 

I’ve enjoyed using this face wash, especially since my skin has gotten more sensitive after pregnancy. It’s smooth, gentle, and soft on my face making washing enjoyable. I’ll be purchasing more once this bottle is out.

I always like my facial cleansers to be simple and moisturizing, so that my other actives can do their job without irritating my skin. This cleaner is a great size for the price. No weird smell and it didn’t break me out personally

It is a gel type cream cleanser that is very gentle on your skin and works to clean thoroughly. It doesn’t really have a strong scent and is smooth to the touch. So far I’ve really been enjoying this cleanser! It leaves my skin feeling moisturized and super smooth unlike some cleansers which can be very harsh on the skin. I received this product for free from Influenster and The Ordinary in exchange for my honest review. Though incentivized, my opinion is entirely my own. For reference, I am in my late 20s, live in a temperate climate, and have super dry and acne prone skin. I feel that this is a lovely gentle cleanser. The tube is much larger than I expected, it was already affordable but with so much product, it is an even better value. I enjoy the packaging design, it is sleek and minimal. Additionally, the packaging is very easy to use and not faulty in any way for me. You can use this cleanser dry or wet according to the instructions, and I tried both and do not find the performance diminishes either way, so it is really a matter of preference how you would like to use it. The cleanser does not have any added fragrance but the ingredients do have a unique smell that is mild and dissipates quickly. The cleanser is a creamy consistency and does not lather. I prefer a lathering formula, but it performs well without foaming up. I have used this cleanser to remove makeup, as it claims it can be used that way. Outside of testing this product, I always double cleanse, so I was uncertain if this cleanser was strong enough to really take off all of my makeup. It performed better than I anticipated as a makeup remover, but I still prefer it as a second step cleanse after a makeup remover. This cleanser is extremely gentle and did not irritate my eyes, did not strip my skin, and did not cause breakouts. However, I also did not find this cleanser remarkable in any way. For me, it truly is “ordinary.” However, for my skin, a gentle everyday cleanser is exactly what I need. If you are in search of a gentle, no frills cream cleanser, this might be a great and affordable option.

This is a great product! My face feels so clean after cleansing, however I would t apply dry as it says in the directions. I wet my face a little, then apply which forms this rich lather. It’s amazing for removing mascara and a whole beat!

The cream formula is very gentle on your skin. Doesn’t strip away your natural oils and moisture. My skin felt normal and still hydrated even after using the cleanser. Took all the dirt and skincare off.

I definitely love the texture of this cleanser. I love that it makes my face really smooth because I have bumpy skin on my cheeks. I also love that I can easily use it in the shower. I think I would have to use it a little more to notice a difference

The glycolipid cleanser is nice! It’s gentle and non-stripping. Your skin feels great afterwards. I do wish it removed longwear/waterproof makeup off better, but it does a nice job otherwise.

This cream cleanser went on easy & did not leave a residue. It made my skin feel moisturized but did not help with acne. It actually brought on more acne for me. I’m also used to a foaming face wash. This one does not foam.

I love this brand and being able to test their products has been awesome. I enjoyed this cleanser and my skin felt really clean and renewed. I will definitely keep using this as I love what is has done so far.

I found this cleanser to be a little greasy. It’s not the best, but certainly not the worst that I have ever used. It’s good for the price point!!!!

I waited until I had been using the product a couple weeks to review so I could give my honest opinion, and I really love it. It was a smooth transition from my previous cleanser with no harsh breakouts or reactions, the formula is interesting and light and rinses nicely. I have combination skin, and it doesn’t dry me out or make me oily, which I love. And it’s very well priced, so I’ll probably continue to use this cleanser once my sample has run out!

I have very sensitive skin and this cream cleanser felt really nice and didn’t irritate my skin. It left my skin feeling soft and clean. The only reason I have it 4 stars was because I didn’t love the subtle scent it has. It’s not strong or overpowering but I just didn’t love it. Overall it’s a great product!

I have this 3 stars because it’s nice but I wasn’t wowed by it. It’s very gentle so I assume this is great for very sensitive skin. I used it to double cleanse and I’ll use this first. I do think it’s good after being out all day - just to clean the residue from the day off. Not fragranced for anyone who’s curious.

I’m a big fan of the ordinary and have used their product daily for years. So I was pumped to receive this to try out. The cleanser is light and feels gentle. I’ve been using this as a part of my night time routine for the msg few weeks and haven’t noticed a difference in my skin yet. My skin can be sensitive and this product has had no reaction on my skin. I’ll continue to use. If you’re wearing make up you will need to double cleanse as this doesn’t do a great job at removing make up.

Its good…however i didnt really enjoy it either. Ive been using it for a couple weeks now and i just dont really like it especially as a makeup remover. I like suds and it just doesnt feel like my face isn’t getting clean enough. Sometime i feel like i need to use it two times to get my face clean. Overall it was okay.

A good gentle cleanser with no skin irritants, does the job it says it does. Comes with a good amount of product for the price and I like how affordable it is.

I only try and use light cleansers on my skin and this one is so amazing! It was so gentle on my skin and it felt very clean after every wash. It also paired well with any moisturizer I put in after I washed my face, definitely will be repurchasing this product!!

As someone who struggles with eczema, I am always looking for a gentle, hydrating cleanser. This one hits the mark. It’s great for removing makeup residue. The only thing I dislike about it is the texture, however, the texture makes sense for a hydrating cleanser. It’s just very creamy and doesn’t foam up, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work!

Currently have a very strict skincare routine due to hormonal acne issues and PCOS. This fit perfectly into my routine and works great for me in the morning before work.
