The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% 240ml

I bought this 7 weeks ago and cannot believe the difference in my skin! I am 62 and have always had large pores, particularly on and around my nose. A lot of them have been blocked for years no matter what I have used to try and clear them. After using this twice a day for 7 weeks the congestion has gone and my pores are closed. Yes, it did purge my skin for the first 5 weeks but now my skin is clear and radiant for the first time in many, many years. Highly recommended!

This is a magical water. I am using it since 2months, finished 240ml, used on my arms where I have keratosis, together with salicylic acid and 10%urea + nycinamide from other brand..and I can say it has worked wonders. Out of 100% of KP on my arms, I only have 30% left. Ordered a second bottle.

To be honest, I don’t use this on my face. But I use it from my shoulders to my toes. This is what finally relieved my dry, itchy winter skin. Every morning, right after I dry off from my shower, I squirt a generous amount all over, massage it in, and top it with a body cream. My body skin is now super soft and glowing. I highly recommend it for body use, and imagine it would be a great way to address ashyness.

*sigh* What I meant to buy was the Hyaluronic Concentrate, and in my defense.. large bottles? I wouldn't have bought this because Ordinary states quite flatly that they would't recommend using an acid for exfoliation (and please, merciful heaven, wear sunblock..!) but I'm an idiot, and now I have a bottle of this stuff, so of course I'm going to try it. Oh. My. This stuff turns back time. And I've never been able to wear sunblock without my skin becoming a nightmare, but now I can layer a conventional product under the Ordinary SPF 30... wash and swipe with this before bed, and no problems. My skin looks fresher than it has in the past decade, possibly the past two decades. Not that looking younger than ones age should be a goal in life but... here we are. I'm not complaining.

I’m impressed by how good this product is. Mind you, I haven’t been consistent while using it and I’m still seeing results. As you can see, it has helped fade the dark spots all over my armpits and my skin even looks brighter. The first photos are from March 19, 2025, and the second ones are from May 23, 2025. It has also helped with body odor. I looked it up and it seems like this product also helps with that which makes it even better. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who dealing with the same issues I have. Just try to be consistent and patient.

You might want to include a warning on the label, not to mix ascorbic acid with this product, because it contains sodium benzoate... just out of an abundance of caution. We don't want anyone getting cancer now, do we?

I used to have very oily hair and would get dry flaky patches on my scalp. Since using this on my scalp every time I wash I can now go 2-3 days between shampoos and the patches are a distant memory. I also put this in a spray bottle and use it under my arms, and now I no longer need deodorant except for those steamy summer days spent working in the yard. Love this stuff.

This is a very refreshing toner and feels great after cleansing but make sure to read usage details!!!! I was using it wrong by combining it with vitamin c and direct acids! My skin was getting red but I thought it was part of the process, it is definitely a great product but read thoroughly before using and know which products to use it with.

After usage, the skin glows. I use it every other day. Great result.

I bought this to use on my arms to get rid of KP bumps and it has been a miracle cure. After a few days of use (putting on at night) the bumps on my arms have almost completely disappeared. Its easy to use and is not overly stickly or strong smelling

This stuff has changed my life. My skin texture is so much better and I barely get any break outs. I also wipe it on my underarms and now I don't need deodorant.

I have been using this product for more than 3 years. It’s amazing. I use it 2-3 times a week at night or more when I’m noticing some bumps or dullness in my skin. It is fairly mild though it may sting a bit when applying. I prefer to keep things simple so I put a good moisturizer directly over top of this and nothing else. When I wake up in the morning my skin is bright and after a couple of uses bumps are gone. Make sure to wear sunscreen when you are using as it may leave skin a tad sensitive. I try not to use this in the summer.

I have been wanting to try this since hearing about it. I received The Ordinary Glycolic Acid, complimentary from theordinary. I have been letting my teens use it nightly. It has definitely improved their acne problems. I love that it is so simple to use to exfoliate your skin. I love that is alcohol free and it's gentle to use on your hair as well or other body parts as well. I would reccomend this product to others.

I love this toner so much it saved my skin! it helped to brighten some stubborn discoloration that i had on my face which you can see in the first photo but i used it for about a week and a half and it got so much better! It’s amazing! I have oily/combination skin and it really helps. But the most amazing thing is that I have used it on my armpits after watching several reviews and it did not disappoint. You can even forget to put on deodorant, this baby has your back. I use it every day, after my shower. Who would’ve have thought??

I first started using this to clear my underarms since I’ve always had dark underarms. Within the first week, I noticed a HUGE difference! Not only that, but I was also able to transition to no deodorant. In my experience, this has worked better than most deodorant. I have been able to go up to two days with no odor even after a long hike! YOU MUST TRY THIS!

I use the glycolic acid from the ordinary in my scalp and armpits as well it helps me as a deodorant and prevents pigmentation in the armpits and it helps my scalp to stay super clean and no shampoo residue after a couple of uses!
