Let me tell you when I saw there was a new product that targets post acne marks I RAN to purchase this, and it did not disappoint. I’ve been using it for a little over a week and have already noticed a difference in my skin. My face gets really red and scars easily from breakouts, but this reduces my redness and makes my skin brighter overall. I also just love the way it feels on my skin too, makes it feel very hydrated and glowy. Honestly just obsessed and am excited to keep using!

It is lightweight and soothing. Made my face feel smoother. It didn't irritate my skin at all. Fantastic for combination skin.

This serum was gentle and effective on my acne prone skin. I would use it some nights in replace of my moisturizer. This is a great summer product because it also helped with a small sunburn I got. ❤️

Well I was excited when I received this product but it says its to help the scars of acne and I dont have acne. So I gave it to my sister who hasn’t used it long enough to see results and review it. Sorry!

This is a liquidity, lightweight, and very hydrating serum. It claims to be best for post-acne hyperpigmentation. I have active acne and some scarring but haven’t noticed a huge difference in the couple weeks that I’ve been using the product. It’s not sticky and applies well under makeup. I really love the texture & it makes my skin feel so soft after application. I will continue using and hope to see improvement in my acne scars! Also, the Ordinary has been one of my fav skincare brands and I love the affordable price point!

I started using this a couple weeks after I returned from Nicaragua (very hot and very humid) . I came back with more pimples and black heads than when I had left. This serum is super hydrating (hydration lasts throughout the day) , doesn’t have a scent (which I’m completely ok with), and appears to have helped my acne! The only thing is that it is VERY water, but that’s easily manageable ! It soaks into the skin very quickly!

I've used other Ordinary products in the past and it makes me happy to say that this one worked. I have oily skin therefore I'm prone to have a pimple or two and post-acne scars. The fact that this serum contains a lot great benefits plays a big factor for my reason to liking it. My application method of using this product is during my nighttime skincare routine. After a clean face. The consistency is nice and upon application it absorbs well to my skin. I finish it off with some moisturizer and hydrating spray and it works wonders during the night. have noticed the reduction of ache marks after consistently using it in my night routine. I recommend using this serum at night because it doesn't pair well with vitamin C if adding it onto your morning routine. The night works better in my opinion because your face recuperates while sleeping, so the serum gives it that extra boost to make it work like it should.

i love the ordinary so i was really excited to get this. full disclaimer i have normal skin with the occasional breakout and no acne or acne scars so i cannot attest to the claims for helping with that. but it definitely hydrates skin really well and absorbs into the skin fast. i used on a mild sunburn and it helped with irritation and dry skin.

I’ve been using this for 3 weeks and I can definitely tell the difference on my skin. I’ve used other The Ordinary products in the past and they were too strong for me BUT this one is super gentle with my skin! it doesn’t irritate it at all and now is super soft, it helped a lot with my redness and it has like a kinda fresh effect after use, it does not have scent either which make it perfect for me. 10/10

I really loved that this product doesn’t have to dry for 15 minutes like other Ordinary serums, so you can easily incorporate it into your normal skincare routine. When I first received it I thought it’s not really for my skin because it was saying that it’s meant for blemishes and other red spots. Yet, I had lots of little pimples on my face that I recently poked. So I used this serum for it and I can definitively say that it calm down my skin well. Might “burn” for a second when you just apply.

Safe to say that this is a new favorite of mine. I always love products from The Ordinary and this is no exception. A little goes a long way, so you’ll have a pretty hefty supply with this one bottle. I thought from the reviews that I saw that this was going to be a nemesis of mine, a source of just more oiliness while not really solving the dryness that I experience after a day at the beach or a quick shower. That’s not the case, though. My skin feels luxurious after I use this. There is a bit of tightness, but it feels like my large pores are potentially shrinking after a bit of this here and there. I love it!
