It is one of the TO bestseller for a reason. This peeling solution represents a potent cocktail of glycolic, lactic, tartaric, salicylic and citric acids. TO offers us possibility to use such a product and mentioned that itโs โan advanced-level exfoliating peelโ. It is expected that you should do at least small research and understand how it works, why it is needed for you and what can be in side effects if you have sensitive skin or compromised barrier. If you do not what to do this research, it is better to proceed to some ready โbrightening creamsโ in colorful boxes with colorful price tags. Somebody can be scared that it contains 30% AHA. Typically, acids with concentration above 20% are utilized in beauty clinics with strict protocols. However, as it was discussed in some beauty communities, one can see in the full list of ingredients there is โSodium Hydroxideโ in the third place. Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) has a high pH of 13โ14 and, thus, neutralize acids, so final acid concentration can be much lower. Perhaps, it is made as a โfool-proofโ solution for users who want to use advance-level actives but do not care about details. I read reviews to this product and was shocked that some people use it for several days in a row or multiple times a week -- with 30% AHA it would be very painful ;) And again, it should be considered as a chemical exfoliator, not a product for โskin glowโ (go for VitC or products with propanediol in ingredients). So, you should understand skin renewal cycle and do not stress you skin and its normal 24/7 work -- โWhat? She wants exfoliation again?!!โ Also, it is recommended to use it once a week โ this recommendation assumes that this product is the only chemical exfoliator in your routine. If you use glycolic toner or lactic/mandelic/other acids on your face during a week, it means that you do not need to use this peeling solution too, as it can be too much for your skin. It is better to prioritize one acid/exfoliator and use it solo in some repeatable patterns (once in 5 or 10/15 days depending on the skin reaction). Also, red color helps you to control where you already applied product and how thick is the layer. BTW, I found that thin layer application works better for me than thick ones. I use this peeling solution for more than one year. It is the TO product with direct acid that my skin prefers more. After couple of uses, I saw that greyish tone went away. It does not help much with hyperpigmentation, but it works as an important element in my skin routine. For many months, my skin tolerates it very well with 10-15 min exposure once a week. This fall I added ascorbic acids and retinoids several days a week, so skin started to be very sensitive and reactive to strong actives, I have to reduce time to 7-8 min and increase time interval to 10-14 days. So, be patient and see skin reaction, especially if your routine includes other strong actives that have accumulative and prolonged action. After use, you can see โacid glowโ skin effect, so you need to calm your skin โ use some simple soothing toner and light moisturizers. Donโt use other strong actives, serums after it during that night, let your skin re. Donโt forget about sunscreen during day!
I donโt leave product reviews often, but this peel gets a bad rep and I think itโs unjustified! I LOVE this product and I look forward to using it every Sunday because I know Iโm going to look fresh af all week long! Just a few observations/suggestions (and Iโm not trying to โvictim blameโ anyone who has had a bad experience, these are just my own personal observations): 1. What in godโs name was with the bizarre TikTok trend of leaving this on your face as long as humanly possible, until it burned so bad you couldnโt keep it on anymore? Sure fire way to get a chemical burn (do it for the likes!!), so donโt complain about the product after doing something so very not recommended; 2. I have noticed in almost all the reviews and videos I watch that people just lather this stuff on until their face looks like itโs bleeding out of their pores. Why?! A little goes a long way. Iโve used mine pretty religiously once a week for 6 months and I have only used 1/3 of the bottle, if that. A thin layer is highly effective and decreases the chances of negative side effects; 3. Order / purchase from a reputable supplier like sephora or right from the ordinary website. The product is inexpensive as it is, why you gotta order off Amazon?! The chance of getting a dud product is pretty high. Itโs going to either do nothing or melt your skin off. Either way, your money shouldโve gone towards the real product; 4. Patch test! On the neck behind the ear, for 2-3 mins. Wait 24 hours. If no sign of irritation, use the product on your face for ONLY 2-3 minutes and gradually work your way up. Iโve only ever left this on my face the full 10 minutes once!! Especially now that itโs summer I usually only do around 6 minutes. 5. And lastly, no one ever seems to mention what they put on their face AFTER using the product. I like to keep it clean to avoid irritation. I use either coconut oil only or one of the ordinary moisturizers mixed with a little bit of the rose hip oil (ugh, could this oil smell any more comforting?!). Like I said, skin looks fresh af!
I am a 47 yr old female and I have used a million anti-aging products on my face over the years. This stuff is amazing!! It makes my skin look great and I have no irritation. One thing however, avoid sun for at least a week after using. I went to Florida to visit my daughter a week after I used this and my cheeks burned fast, which is NOT normal for me. I highly recommend this!!!
I'm in love! The only down size is recommended to only use 1-2x per week. I'd use it daily if I could! My face feels softer after use and I swear I saw slight results after one use! I've used it about 4-5 times now and wow! What a difference! I love it!

The chemical exfoliating serum really helped my skin texture. I have alot of acne scars and it's helped alot.
The hype is real, this really works wonders when my skin is congested and oily e.g. before my period. 10 minutes and the skin is clear, whoa. I use it at most once a week, less in the winter when I'm more dry. And I focus on the oily t-zone while leaving the sensitive cheeks out. Bought this over a year ago and the bottle is still not empty so a little bit goes a long way.

This product is awesome. I have spent far too much money for chemica treatments that we can all do as directed in our home <3 for me, it is an itchy 10 minutes and sort of tingly, but the results are baby soft smooth, more even skin tone.

Been using this peel for over 2 years now and it's time I write a review. this is most effective most affordable acid peel ever. Little bottle last me ages. It has literally saved my skin. I am 38, female, with skin that goes from combo to oily, depending on season. Lots of texture, prone to acne and clogged pores tho it has cleared out in recent years thanx to this baby, it literally saves my face and makes pores so deeply clean and smaller and improves texture! i try to do it weekly when i get lazy I notice big difference. I have to add my skin is really tough and thick hard core and has zero sensitivity, so I handle acids and retinols without really feeling them, so I had never burn or even peeling from this, it's just like deep cleansing for me. I can leave it on for 15-20min with no issues. I am sad to hear many people experience burning but just goes to show our skins are very different so use caution and stick to recommended 8min than. For me, I can not live without this product anymore. This and your Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% serum have transformed my face. I dont use any other weaker toners with bha or aha daily because i feel using this once or twice a week is enough exfoliation. just some good light mousurizers !

my daughter is 26 and has been using it, I was using another high price product she asked me to try this product. I have been using for a month and yesterday my mom said wow your face looks amazing whats the make up your wearing? I said im not wearing make up. She said ok what is the product thats making your face brighter and tighter looking! I was amazed and took her to the to get it of course advised to test patch first. As anything it might not work for her as well as it has for us, but i love it and i leave it on for 15 mins I do it sunday night and friday nites. No burning or issues I use their other products as well now but I love the results will lessen the use once I achieve the results i want. I needed that comfirmation it was working and my mom gave me that. It does work Im 48 was told by a pt the other day I look fresh and how my complexion was amazing. This chemical peel is awesome! So far I have only used it twice with a week in between each usage. I am slowly trying to make my way up to using it once every week, but since I don't particularly have acne scars and such I might just stick to twice a month. The product is great at getting rid of that top layer of dead dull skin and leaves your face feeling fresh and clean. I will say that following instructions is a MUST!!! I've heard of a lot of incidents with this and aside from now following directions I am not sure how someone could end up with burns. If you're not an experienced user (I.e. use acids regularly on your skin) I would stay away from this one until you have built some tolerance as it can feel tingly on the skin; which is normal. Overall, I do see myself continuing to use this and will recommend it ONLY to experienced acid users and people who know how to patch test.

When I first heard of this product, it was a TikTok trend and I was more than hesitant to purchase it on my own given the risks that come with a chemical peel, and more so to the fact that I am by no means an expert in exfoliation at all. I took the plunge and I regret not having done it sooner. Thankfully, I do not struggle with acne, but I do suffer from oily skin and I have a few blackheads on my nose area that I really wanted gone, so I read the instructions and applied it for 10 minutes. A lot of people had talked about having a burning sensation, but I didn't feel anything at all. After the time passed, I washed it off, and when I was astounded, I was entirely shocked at how my pores changed so significantly in just 10 minutes. I was super happy with the product, and the packaging was nice as well. I will say that the shipping took a little longer than I liked but given the current situation it is completely understandable! Huge advice- wear sunscreen the day after doing this or right after if you do this during the day. I regret not having done it, as I went out the day after, forgot about applying sunscreen, and when I got home I looked like a ripe tomato. The redness cooled down after applying a heavy moisturizer and using the Hyaluronic Acid to help, but the next morning I had two volcano pimples on my forehead. So wear sunscreen and moisturize after using it.
I absolutely love this product! The result in the first use is fantastic! I have lots of blackheads on my nose, I tried every possible product but the result from this one is just awesome, the first time using it all the blackheads disappeared. THE MOST AMAZING THING is that the result is persistent ! the blackheads are still gone the next day !!!! Unlike other products, the blackheads would comeback quickly since I have very oily unbalanced skin. Really thank you for this product and making it available at this price! <3

Really enjoying this product for general brightness. Just wondering - I've had good results using a micro-scrub on tiny pimples on my forehead (from exercise) that the peel doesn't seem to help. I have an oily skin and I have been dealing with cystic acne for close to two year now.I used this solution twice now with a gap of 3 days between both the applications and I have kept the solution for 8-9 minutes on each of those applications.I have started breaking out badly now, its coming from within the skin so its red and painful.Does this normally happen in the first few applications?Should I continue using it?Despite of the breakout it has made my skin very soft. This is amazing. It's only been one use and I can noticeably tell that my forehead wrinkle is less visible. I'm excited about trying this out consistently. It hasn't helped much with my acne but I'm hoping it will help with it all in general and maybe later on.

I tried the product yesterday and my skin was totally irritated. Today I woke up with some red spot on my face. This is not the first time I use it and I had a good experience, I can not explain the irritation, so if you can help me with any advice or reasons, it will help.
This product has changed my life SO much that I could cry tears of joy. Iโm 28 and have struggled on & off with my skin since the age of 13. OH THIS MASK! This was originally my least favorite skin care product in existence! It hurt when I used it, and it just seemed terrible, but then I realized I was using it very incorrectly. My skin is not sensitive, but it also is not not sensitive. It can handle most things, but not everything... I used this product for the first time two days in a row (I did NOT read the packaging that says not to use it more than twice a week... OOPS), and my skin felt tender and was red. I also used it the same day that I had shaved my facial hair, so you can imagine how that felt. But now I know that if I want to use this product I have to use it just once a week and after a couple days of not shaving. I have seen incredible results with this. My keratosis pilaris on my face, and my body (i've applied it to my body) has diminished SIGNIFICANTLY, more than I've seen with any other product! I have a normal skin that always was quite sensitive to glycolic acid: several times before I tried to use it in much weaker formulations and careful timing - but I always got pretty unpleasant results on my skin that continued for a couple of days.However, I have a need to exfoliate the skin and to clear the pores somehow. Therefore, after reading & watching multiple reviews about this acid, I decided to try it. I used this mask a couple of times only, keeping it on my face for 7-8 minutes, and I am absolutely overwhelmed how gentle and effective it is! After washing off there is no redness or sensitivity on my face :) And at the same time skin is much softer and cleaner. I am not completely satisfied with my pores on the T zone, but maybe I will try to use this acid locally twice a week, and for the whole face - once a week.After this acid mask I re my skin balance with Buffet and/or the pre-biotic cream I own. Works well for me :)
A well formulated and effective acid peel. I don't think I would necessarily recommend it over using milder acids (as long as they are properly formulated) more frequently, but that's just a personal preference.

B) For question, will it be ok to use coconut oil with jade roller (for facial massage & stimulation) after Peeling Solution ??
