I am currently on my fourth bottle but this has hardly made a drastic change for my hyperpigmentation. However I love the fact that it does not irritate my skin at all. I will keep repurchasing and hoping it clears my hyperpigmentation ..

I just bought the Alpha Arbutin yesterday and applied it for the very first time last night. I woke up with visibly faded pigmentation on most of my dark spots (leftover from a breakout to a cosmetic my skin hated) and overall brighter looking skin. I was looking for something to brighten up my skin and bought this. It is a little bit sticky and thick after applying it on my face, but given the dryness here in Canada, I am okay with it. At first, I didn't expect much from this serum because of some of the reviews here, but it did work on me after using it for a week maybe? My face looks less yellowish and dull significantly. I also use it quite generously, so 30ml didn't last me long, probably less than a month. FYI, I have light skin with a pink undertone, never really get tanned.

Tried something new with alpha Arbutin and man was I missing out, I love that this is water based to it absorbs into the skin quickly. I’ve been using this with tret and haven’t noticed any signed of aggravation in my skin so I’d say it’s nice to pair with tret and retinal -offered by theordinary

This product, when layered under a moisturizer ensures your face remains hydrated. It also works to decrease dark spots and hyperpigmentation but seeing the effects takes a little bit of time. It’s a good product for the money.
