Since I recently discovered I have rosacea that's been getting worse, I was excited to try an exfoliator that won't irritate that condition. This is indeed very gentle and almost feels like it isn't doing a whole lot if you're used to a more harsh product, but your skin will feel so much smoother afterwards! I’ve been using this product for about two weeks now and I love it. It’s has helped with my uneven skin tone. It’s not harsh and does not make me break out with my acne prone skin. I've been using The Ordinary Azelaic Acid 10% Suspension for about a week now, and so far I really like how lightweight and smooth it feels on the skin. I've been using The Ordinary's Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% for a few weeks now, and overall, it's a solid addition to my skincare routine—especially at the budget-friendly price. The texture is a light, cream-like, unscented formula that glides on easily and absorbs pretty well. I started using it daily and noticed a visible improvement in my skin tone and texture. My complexion looked brighter, and some areas of dullness became less noticeable after consistent use. That said, I did experience some dryness after a week or so, which led me to cut back to using it every other day. I think this is a good product for tackling uneven tone and dullness, but if you’re prone to dryness, start slow and hydrate well. For the price, it’s definitely worth a try. I got hormonal acne for the past two years and have been dealing with scarring as I'm dark skinned. My acne has mellowed out but I get the occasional breakout. I added this product to my skin care routine - Morning and night. Pimples are rare and I go weeks without getting one except around my period. My blemishes have definitely lightened and I e been using it for two months and my skin is in such great condition. It makes me feel better about not wearing makeup. The texture is great. I use it after the niacinamide and alpha arbutin and before my moisturizer. Also great as a spot treatment.

I’m happy that I bought this and I’ve seen some good results in the last 2 months I just need to be careful with how much I apply to avoid peeling.

Been using this product for maybe 5 or more years, day&night. I have sensitive skin, & often redness. If I see a spot coming I apply it various times of the day & it stops it coming out badly. Really happy with this product. It is probably not a product to treat adult acne but it helps with keeping the skin less congested & smaller spots/skin probs under control.

I bought this a few days ago as I’ve got a lot of acne scarring due to picking at my acne ( not a great idea I know ) but just in a few days it has helped ALOT! I love this so much I might actually buy the bigger one soon. I definitely recommend this. Use a sunscreen and salicylic acid serum with it it works wonderrssss. It’s also great for oily skin:-)

I haven’t used it during the summer. I’m so impressed by your skin healing as I too have Rosacea but more mild. My dark spots are peeking out from sun so I’m back on the regimen. I’ve got faith it will help because TO products have kept it all at bay so far. Working on the water 21 years has taken a toll. Don’t forget skin health is gut health too, not just topical. Keeps any breakouts totally at bay. I’ve struggled for years with this but Azelaic Acid really keeps things under control and kills off shine too.

Fixed my perioral atitis which has been problematic on and off for 5 years (and much worse with masks!) in the space of a month or so. I love it. Can't rate highly enough.

I've been using this on and off since August of 2023 to help with what I suspect is really mild rosacea and skin texture and it definitely helps with both of those. When I use it consistently every night or every other night I do see visible improvement with redness after a few weeks. It was mildly irritating when I first started using it but my skin got used to it quickly, I would suggest using it one night a week and then building up to using it every night or every other night. I use it in the PM after washing my face and you really have to make sure you use a teeny tiny amount by itself or with one other product otherwise it pills like mad. I will spot-treat my T-zone and any spots/pimples with the Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, wait for it to dry down completely, and then apply the Azelaic Acid in veeery small amounts (like less than pea-sized for the whole face) to the areas that need it first in a thin layer. It's quite a thick formula but it spreads nicely and feels nice on the skin. I let that settle in and then apply moisturizer overtop. Overall pretty good product, I like having it in my regimen and I will be buying another once this current one runs out!

I have used this three times and it rapidly made my flushed red cheeks (rosacea) calm down and get less red. It feels good going on and it is not like anything I have ever put on my face, it has a smooth dry texture that almost feels silky and powdery at the same time, but is not at all powdery. I am a fan if it did this much after three applications. It is gentle for me, but I am not super sensitive.

I do a routine skincare cleanser +hyaluronic acid +azelaic acid , I started this routine recently after I did my order from The ordinary , I see beautiful results but I don't know what exactly doing the good results , but all together makes a big difference, my skin is lighter , even toned , hydrated and more radiant .

Reduced the redness right away on my face, because you have to use so little the 30ml isnt a big deal (but 100ml would always be nice). Texture is more evened out and no acne so far. I primarily bought it for the redness on my cheeks and im happy to say its almost completely gone. If you break out from -cones, this product is very silicone heavy. It gives it a nice slip and prevents moisture loss. Very rarely are people sensitive to silicones though, so 100% give it a try if you suffer from redness, acne or pigmentation problems.

Really like the texture and really helped with the pigmentation and acne on my shoulders and back but definitely need a much bigger bottle as it doesn’t go far!

Wow!!!! I never usually leave reviews but this product is honestly life changing. My skin feels instantly smoother and only after 2 days my acne scars look much lighter. 10/10 for real

Does exactly what the description says, to my amazement. Clears up my maskne, reduces texture, and has seemingly kept my general ruddiness at bay which no product has done before! Good freakin stuff. If salicylic acid products break you out further (as they do for me), this is for you!

The Azelaic Acid Suspension is my favorite product. It has helped my hormonal acne and scarring concerns tremendously. I also love to use it as my primer before makeup (after moisturizer). I only wish it "got along" with the Buffet + Copper Serum. I'll just have to find a similar serum it is "friendly" with for days/nights I wear makeup.

I loved it! Used it for almost a month and I can definetely say that it has made my skin smoother and clearer. Now I don't have all those terrible breakouts and my acne has soothe. Love the texture. The only negative side is that the only available size is that of 30 ml. Please get back this in stock!!! I don't want to interrupt the usage of it.
