Returns Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our website or one of our DECIEM retail stores, we are happy to accept returns of most items.

For online purchases, you may return any unwanted products that are in their original condition within 365 days from the date of purchase as stated on your receipt.

Retail Partners

Products purchased as part of a set (e.g. The Ordinary No-Brainer Set, NIOD Set No. 1) must be returned as a complete set to be eligible for a refund. Partial refunds will not be provided for individual items from sets.

Products purchased during our Annual Sale are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of DECIEM (e.g. Sephora, ULTA, ASOS, etc.). You must abide by the return and exchange policies set in place by the authorized retailer you have made your purchase with. Please contact the retailer in question for more details.

Exchanges

We do not offer store credit or exchanges at this time. However, if you're unhappy with one of our products, please review the return instructions below.

Store Returns

Returns of items purchased from our retail stores must be made to the original store of purchase with the original receipt. Store returns cannot be processed online or at a different store location.

Pop-up Store Purchases

Products purchased at pop-up locations must be returned to a permanent DECIEM store with the original receipt within 365 days of purchase.

Online Returns

For online purchases, please contact our customer care team to initiate your return. Returns must be shipped back within 365 days of the purchase date.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have received and processed your return.

Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit refunds if we suspect abuse of our return policy, including frequent returns or returns of partially used products.
